ALWAYS fresh, and located just 40 minutes away in Shenandoah Junction, WV, these guys know their beans. Fun fact: one of the roasting machines they still use today is over 100 years old! The Smithsonian Institution actually tried to buy it off them, but they politely turned them down, stating that this beauty of a machine should continue to be used for its original purpose!
